We hope you'll find all the information you need for getting great action photos of your children. The three photos below give you a quick idea of what we do. If you continue down we try to answer the most common questions, parents have asked. If we don't answer yours, please use the Contact Info at the bottom of the page to ask us your question.

Every Kidz a Star shoots great action photos....but if we don't get great shots (or any shots of your child).. we will refund your entire deposit.

Every Kidz a Star will be shooting several baseball leagues and teams this season. We shoot on a pre-paid request. Anyone interested in professional action photography can order our services for a $20 deposit. The deposit is fully applied to purchase and is refundable in the event you are unhappy with the photos we took.

Information packets include an informational flyer and a signup sheet. These will be given to all team parents at their Team Parent meetings. If you are a Team Parent and did not get our info. Please click on the links to download a copy. Take a look below to get answers to most common questions. We will ask each team parent to hand out the info to their team. We fill our shoot schedule very quickly so it's imperative that all orders are back to us by Opening Day, March 5th, if possible. Any requests coming in to us after March 19th could end up on our 'wait list' if our schedule is full when we get them.

I'm new to the league or have not heard of Every Kidz a Star..... I'd like to know.... I know you shoot action photos.... but I'd like to know.... I have signed up for your service.... here are my questions..... I love the photos.... now I'd like to know...
Who are you and what do you do?
We are an ACTION photography company based in the Conejo Valley. We are NOT the company that will be shooting your team on Photo Day. We specialize in action and shoot teams from youth league to college on a paid request basis.
How much does it cost and what do I get?
A $20 deposit toward purchase of photos or photo products is required to sign your child up. For your $20, you typically get between 6 and 10 photos (varies by amount of time your child is on the field) to choose from when you make your purchase. The photos will be made available on our website for viewing and purchase. Your $20 will be applied to purchase when you place your order.
Will you let us know what game you will come to shoot?
We try to alert each team that they will be photographed on certain days. However, there are conflicts that arise that require we reschedule our photographers on short notice.
How do I apply my $20 deposit to my purchase?
Once your child's team has been photographed, we edit and post the photos within a few days. You are emailed a link to your photos on our website. You also receive a Gift Code that will deduct $20 from your online purchase.
Is this mandatory for each player (or team)?
No, we provide the service to those who want it. If enough people on your team (minimum of 5 participants) want action coverage, we will shoot those players and/or coaches.
Can I sign my child up individually or do I have to do it with the team?
We will only take requests as a Team. We will need a minimum of 5 participants per team to put that team on our shooting schedule, so the Team Parent (or someone she delegates this project to) should be coordinating the effort to make sure you have enough for us to schedule your team.
How will I be notified that my child has been shot?
We send an email with a link to your photos on our website as soon as they have been prepared to view. Please note that if you see a photographer shooting your game, those photos go through an editing process and could take a few days to be posted on our website.

What should I do as a TEAM PARENT?
You should arrange to speak to your parents at a team meeting or practice. Share the information you have in your Team Parent packet. If you did not get the info or you'd like your parents to read it themselves, the info flyer can be downloaded by clicking here. (*you must have Adobe Acrobat to read or print this document). If there are at least 5 parents that are interested in having action photos taken, collect their completed Request Forms and deposits. They can be delivered to us at our canopy on Opening Day - or - delivered to our office address on the flyer.
If we don't sign our child up for action photos, is there a chance he/she will be photographed anyway?
We will shoot some random coverage while we are covering our requests. However, we can't guarantee we will cover a child who did not put in a request.
I saw or heard about the Team Montage and our team would like that as a Coach's Gift... what do we need to do to order one?
Team Montages must be ordered by contacting us by email info@everykidzastar.com or by Phone: 805-497-3770. We will get the necessary photos but all Montage Orders must be prepaid before they are designed and printed.
 
I am not a Team Parent, but my child plays in the league. How do I sign up to have my child photographed?
Contact your Team Parent. They should have the information and a Request Form. We will need a minimum of 5 participants per team to put that team on our shooting schedule, so the Team Parent (or someone she delegates this project to) would be coordinating the effort.

Why do you ask for a prepaid deposit? Do I have to pay first or can I look at my photos first before buying anything?
We strive to hire the best professional sports photographers in the Ventura County area. We want to offer a high quality product and to do so we must pay a professional photographer's rate. In the past, we have photographed hundreds of children whose parents had no interest in looking at photos. The deposit allows us to focus on those people who value professional action photography.
What if I don't like any of the photos?
We offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied with our work.
